A calm, no-pressure conversation to explore what you're carrying and what support might help.
This is a chance to ask questions, talk things through, and get a feel for how I work, without any obligation to continue. Together, we can explore whether counselling feels like the right fit for you.
No forms, no expectations, just a conversation.
As a veteran myself, all veterans are welcome here. The concession rate is for anyone who’s served in the Armed Forces, and for frontline workers — police, fire and rescue, NHS staff, and emergency response teams.
To keep it fair and make sure it goes to the people who’ve actually walked the walk, I just ask for a quick proof of service — an ID card, service number, Blue Light Card, or similar. Nothing awkward, nothing formal. Just a simple check so the support lands where it should.
If that’s you, you’re welcome to use the concession rate.
Confidential, grounded support for adults who are tired of pretending they're fine. 60 Minutes
These sessions offer space to slow down, make sense of what's happening inside, and explore experiences such as anxiety, trauma, stress, low mood, grief, or relationship difficulties.
You don't have to mask, perform, or have the right words. The work is relational, trauma-informed, and shaped around your pace rather than a clinical checklist.
Sessions are available online or by telephone, making support accessible wherever you are in the UK. They can work particularly well for busy schedules, neurodivergent needs, mobility limitations, or for anyone looking for therapy that feels less clinical and more human.
Evening appointments are available by arrangement.
Extra time and space for deeper therapeutic work. 90 minutes
These longer sessions can be helpful for stabilisation, exploring more complex experiences, or when your nervous system benefits from a slower, more spacious pace.
They may be a good fit if standard sessions often feel rushed, if you're working with longstanding trauma, or if you would like more room to process without feeling overwhelmed.
As with all sessions at Black Sheep Wellbeing, the work is trauma-informed, relational, and guided by what feels safe and manageable for you.
