Counselling Session

£60 · 60 minutes

A steady, confidential space for adults who are tired of holding everything together alone. These sessions give you time to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and work through stress, anxiety, trauma, low mood, grief, or relationship struggles — without pressure or judgement.

Work is trauma‑informed, grounded, and paced around your needs. Evening appointments are available by arrangement.

The Trauma Session £85 · 90 minutes

This is for people who need deeper work. When things feel heavy or your body’s kicking off, an hour can feel too tight. This session gives you more time, more space, and more steadiness.

We slow things down. We keep things safe. We work at a pace your nervous system can actually handle. If you know you need longer, calmer, deeper work — this is the one.

Concession Rate Armed Forces & Frontline Workers

£45 · 60 minutes

As a veteran myself, all veterans are welcome here. This concession rate is for anyone who’s served in the British Armed Forces, and for frontline workers — including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, NHS staff, and emergency response teams.

To keep it fair and make sure it goes to those who’ve actually walked the walk, I just ask for quick proof of service — an ID card, service number, Blue Light Card, or similar. Nothing awkward, nothing formal. Just a simple check so the support lands where it should.

If that’s you, you’re welcome to use the concession rate.Real support for those who serve others.

Pre‑Paid Session Blocks

4‑Session Block — £220 (£55 per session)

A short block of four sessions at a reduced rate. Good for focused short‑term work or starting therapy with steady consistency.

8‑Session Block — £400 (£50 per session)

A longer block for ongoing, consistent support at a lower cost. Ideal for deeper work or longer‑term therapy.

Accessibility & Affordability

I recognise that private counselling is not always financially accessible for everyone.

Where I feel a lower-cost service may be more appropriate, I'm happy to discuss local and national low-cost counselling organisations and charities that may be able to offer ongoing support at a reduced fee.

My aim is to help people access the right support for their circumstances, whether that's through Black Sheep Wellbeing or another service better suited to their needs.
