Receipts via Konfidens. 3. 24hr Cancellation: 24 hours notice - anything more we can transfer, anything less you lose your payment. Home visits same. Therapist cancellation transfer free. 4. Booking/Cancellation via Konfidens booking system and text/WhatsApp/email/website form must be in writing for timestamp. Konfidens automatically creates secure video room per appointment sends email and/or SMS link to join. 5. Home Visits Additional Terms: By agreement & risk assessment only, private room where not overheard required, no others without prior agreement, dogs secured, safe parking advised, therapist reserves right to convert to online via Konfidens video if safety concern, no smoking/vaping, not under influence, same confidentiality limits. 6. Confidentiality: Confidential except serious risk self/others, safeguarding child/vulnerable adult, required by law, supervision. Discuss first where possible per BACP {BACP}. Konfidens keeps data within EU and protects privacy according to GDPR. Separation of health and personal data only brought together in browser. 7. Online/Telephone via Konfidens: Private space both ends not driving stable signal encrypted platform Whereby European provider GDPR-compliant. Works from any browser mobile/desktop no install. Chat and screen sharing built-in. Notes appointments client records at fingertips directly from video call. 100% cannot be guaranteed online. Client provides location address each online session.
